It has been a week since I have been waiting for someone to call me back with prices for flight tickets. I had to call 4 times to get prices and every time someone was going to call me back which never happened.

Very unprofessional. Will never bother again with this so-called travel agency. I called another one and within 5 minutes they were able to give me prices and book tickets for me.

I Went To Talk w/ Them, I Was a Walk-In Also but They Were Open (2nd Fl. Btw) and I Spoke w/ an Employee Briefly In the Stairwell Was Never Invited Into the Office and They Seemed Unorganized, Unwelcoming & Unconcerned About Our Return/ Unenthusiastic About Our Business or Reeling-In a Potential Client Tho We Took Time In-Person For Information On Booking a Trip Soon To Disney World In Sept. + a European Trip This Christmas & Key West For Winter...
Definitely Their Loss When We're In The Future of People Just Booking Online. Travel Agencies Aren't As Prevelant! We Decided To Check Out Some Others, Not Gonna Make Appointment w/ Mena.
