Wore my sneakers twice. Just to dinner. Hardly walked in them. Treated them very well. They still look new. But the lace loop has already come apart. Contacted AM and they told me they won’t repair them because I pulled on the lace loop. I never pulled on it hard. But unless I have magical powers. I have to pull on the lace loop to tie my shoes. I own 4 other pairs that I wish I never bought. Any designer that charges the prices they do and to then not care about their clients after the fact will never have my business in the future. Stay away from this brand! We all know designer is over priced. But when it’s falling apart after two times of wear and they won’t fix their poor product. Shame on them.

We had a disappointing experience at Alexander McQueen. We purchased a dress from Georges, who was kind but changed his attitude afterward when he defended Mercy, the tailor, for charging an additional $300. Mercy initially quoted $200 for adjustments but didn’t follow our instructions. After her mistake, we asked her to redo the work and even bought the matching fabric ourselves for a shawl, yet she charged us another $300, making it $500 total. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for a brand like Alexander McQueen,
