Nice little shaded park. My 2 yr old granddaughter loved it. It has swings, slides, and climbing playground equipment. Has plenty of shade from the big oak trees. Has picnic tables under the oaks. A small pavilion and bathrooms. We walked down the boardwalk to the water. There is plenty of seating for viewing. The small pier has a covered end. Several people fishing and crabbing. It also has a boat ramp and canoe/kayak launch.

Nice, quiet, place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Not a lot of parking, but there is usually not a lot of people at one time there either.

Good sized playground with a beautiful big old tree. Walk down the path to go check out the dock and the bay. Had a wonderful time here with the kids this morning! There are decently clean restrooms open during the daytime as well.

This park is currently under some type of renovation. We did not experience the full effect of what they had to offer. We did drive down to the waters edge and caught a great sunset which was simply beautiful. The pier still appeared to be open. There was someone fishing from it. Overall, it was nice.

This park is pure heaven. The sunsets are magnificent. Plenty of families here fishing with young kids. Very peaceful serene place. You will be grateful you spent time here. I know I am. This whole park is true Magick. It has trees, water, swings, playground, clean restrooms, the smell of fresh cut wood. Thank you May Day Park for a magnificent evening. I am extremely grateful. Thank you to the people that keep this park so clean and beautiful. Your upkeep is greatly appreciated. There is a boat launch too.

There are lots of park amenities for kids and family. However, my interest was in a boat launch and parking, which, for anything larger than a kayak, forget it you could get your tires stuck in the sand. There is parking for vehicles towing boats.
