I have worked for Maxim for 6 years. I first signed in the Franklin office that moved to Taunton. I can't say enough for everyone that I have worked with over the years. The recruiters to clinical managers have been the best people I have ever worked with. The office support staff is just as great and so very helpful. The staff has allowed me to work to my fullest capacity and have been very supportive of me. Best company ever. I will always recommend them if someone is looking for work or looking for a caring and thoughtful company for a loved one. Great place to work!

I called and confirmed that 6/10 of the positive reviews on here are from employees that work in the office.

Wasn’t going to post this but apparently my niece review has been deleted and she had to post it again. Now I feel like I should voice my experience.

My husband needed homecare and we tried to go through Maxim. I spoke to Jake and Eric mostly. Karen a little bit and decided to not continue with Maxim because of Jake. He was extremely pushy when it comes to hours and nurses I didn’t want. Overall, my family felt like Jake was just in it for money and had no other prerogative.

We ended up going through Aveanna in Brockton and had an incredible experience. My husband passed with great care and the office was great.

My niece had a daughter who had complications and needed homecare as well. I told her about my experience with Maxim and she tried to give them a shot regardless. She had the same exact experience with Jake. She went through aveanna and her daughter is getting great care.

Please do not use this company… or at least the location. I’m not sure about other locations and management but Jake is really bad and does not care. For someone that works in healthcare, he does not have his priorities straight.
