By far the best pool/hot tub company I have ever dealt with. After getting the shaft from a different company, I was beyond happy with Matley! After researching swim spas, I called Matley to get more info, and Susan was awesome. No pressure, she answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way from when I placed my order, right through the delivery. I was also very happy with the delivery, Gary was great, and everything was well coordinated. I could not be happier with my awesome swim spa, and the outstanding customer service!

Looked all over for a compact hot tub for my wife and I. Searched all my local places but the only thing that fit what we liked.. compact, good jetting and affordable and most importantly available was very hard to find and too expensive! I met Susan from Matley through a FB search and she answered all my questions, was not annoyingly aggressive and met us after hours to go over the American Whirlpool tub I was interested in. A week later, Gary delivered, helped me set up on my deck and went over all the info and tips and tricks for best performance. Went an hour out of my way but worth it for the great service and prompt delivery!

Just a quick update. 1 year later and I still LOVE this hot tub !! I’m in it about 3 times a week and enjoy the muscle relaxation and general well being it brings me. Such a great purchase.

After much research, we chose Matley to install our swimming pool. Best decision we ever made! Everyone from start to finish was knowledgeable and friendly. Starting with Susan in sales, continuing to Gary with project management and installation. Through the entire project, Gary was very responsive and helpful. He also handled all the details, including all permitting, and helped manage all the vendors. We are absolutely thrilled with the end product! And the best part is, there is an actual store where you can go to buy supplies, get your water tested, or ask any questions you might have. I HIGHLY recommend Matley!

Great company and outstanding service department. Service technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. The service department is extremely customer oriented. In desperation, I called the service manager, Kim, to move a service call that was originally booked one month out to requesting that the service be performed immediately. Despite being a demanding time of the year for the company, Kim was able to accommodate my request of urgent assistance and had technicians on site and servicing our pool within two days. It is wonderful to work with a company who prioritizes the customer and their needs.

Good experience all the way through starting with Susan. She set me up with a nice American Whirlpool 471 tub at a great price. The installation crew led by Chris was courteous, professional, and informative with a lot of user tips. They also helped support/guide the crane operator as my tub needed to be lifted over part of the house to land it on the back deck. Looking at a potential pool install with them now too.

Matley is hands down the best spa/pool company EVER! Gary is honest, helpful, reliable, kind and so easy to work with. You cannot get better service anywhere else as far as I am concerned. We put in a radiant pool and hot tub in 2019 and they are both still in amazing condition and we couldn't be any more happy with them. Even when things need replacing or maintenance we always know were in good hands with Matley. Recently we purchased a ski condo and had problems with the hot tub that it came with. Gary drove almost 2 hours each way multiple times to try and get it fixed, when it wouldn't work he got us an even better hot tub at a very reasonable price. Again we couldn't be more happy. He was honest with us the whole time and never tried to oversell. Matley works within your budget to help accommodate your needs. If your looking for an honest, well priced and great quality I highly recommend Matley Swimming Pools and Spas, I can only give them 5 stars but if I could give them more I would!

We were really in a bind and needed our pool checked out ASAP. Contacted Matley, we are not regular customers, and they squeezed us in the next day. The guys that came out were friendly, they got right to it and found our problem. We would recommend them to anyone. We are no longer going to need pool services however I am going to recommend the new home owners contact Matley and become a customer. Thanks again!!!!
