A great location but its clear the past years have impacted on this hotel. We arrived early but was pleased to know we could check in. I was dissapointed to see the "trail tracks" on the carpet and an odd smell. The room was small but edequate. The "four" poster bed was small and we found the mattress out of shape. We ate in the dinning room and was served by Brian who was warm and friendly. I asked for rib steak done medium. It arrived with pink on top with a watery gravy. One overdone baked potatoe and a side of green beans. I ate it as I was hungry. We shared a cheesecake with a tiny dollop of whipped cream.

Bathrooms, brochures, McDonald’s and vending machines. With such terrific choices I went with peanut M&M’s for the win...all you need when you’re a woman traveling solo on a road trip.

We dropped into the visitors center with just about an hour or two to spend in Plymouth. We spoke to Diane. She was not only helpful but incredibly upbeat and excited about telling us what we could do in the amount of time. I don’t generally write reviews about places like this but they deserve a shout out for Diane’s excellent attitude and enthusiasm!

I’m only reviewing the tourist information centre… but it was the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world! Simply couldn’t have been more helpful: map, endless advice and a free electric bus to take me into Plymouth. I didn’t even have to wait for the bus: the man manning the desk called the bus and it came and collected me straight away! Not sure how you could improve upon that level of service!

All there is to eat is McDonalds. The bathrooms are old, dirty, half of the toilets don’t flush and it is very dated.

Closed at 3pm on Friday of 4th of July weekend. Could not find their hours posted, just a sign for help wanted. A third of the brochure slots were empty. The McDonalds there charges inflated prices. No $1 sodas here!

This is the perfect place to stop while heading down to the Cape for the food, the restroom or otherwise. It's very clean and offers abundant options for dining inside or out!

Stopped by for a bathroom pitstop on the way for a day trip to Cape Cod. We were helped by a gentleman named Ted at the information desk. So, so, so helpful -- he helped us plan out stops to see in Cape Cod and even suggested a wonderful place to eat! Thank you!
