Just start this location is inside of a gas station. The service was very friendly but they gave me ice instead of hot.. but the coffee was really good.

This Mary Lou’s location sucks. I’ve been to plenty of other Mary Lou’s and have never had a bad service. Here, their drive thru speaker has been broken for weeks. They tell you to pull up to the window, and if they’re not helping someone before you, they don’t come to the window. I’ve waited about 4-5 minutes on numerous occasions and no one has ever come. In addition, at our most recent visit, we once got a coffee that was not made correctly and to our liking and when we asked for a different coffee, we were told they would have to recharge us the full amount of another coffee instead of correcting the one we got.

It's not bad. If you're used to Dunkin or Starbucks, this isn't that. But it's close. I feel like every flavor of coffee I try has an odd aftertaste. For the price, it might not be worth experimenting, but I'd recommend trying this brand.
