Mary does a consistently fantastic job as our travel agent. We've used Mary for 12-15 vacations at this point, and the experience has been excellent. She booked us on several straightforward cruises (simple 7 day Caribbean), and several complex ones ( A World Cruise, Antarctica, and a 32 Day South America). In each case, the bookings have been flawless. She works hard to insure pricing is the best available, and on most cruises we received some extra on board credit that came as a total surprise to us.

On one cruise, the line did a last minute price drop, and she worked tirelessly to rebook us at the better price -- all while we had no idea the price had even changed. She is extremely easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and provides excellent recommendations.
