Mary Kenealy is one of the most professional, hard-working event-managers in the business. Not only can she handle every situation with elegance and poise, she does it in a way that makes it seem effortless. Recently, I was part of a fusion wedding (Indian Hindu and Catholic) that she planned, and it was one of the most glamorous and beautiful events I have ever attended. Every unique detail from both religions was incorporated with class and respect. From the mehendi, to the reception, every party and event was well-organized and beautifully decorated. The two-day wedding event showcased a mehendi-wedding-shower party on night 1, where a magnificent tent was erected in the middle of a garden, evocative of a cozy den. Guests were welcomed with beautiful ambiance and amazing food. This is the perfect example of Mary’s great local and state contacts. Her ability to maneuver this first party was indicative of the rest of the weekend, where her, and her extraordinarily professional and knowledgeable staff was able to run not one, but TWO weddings; a Hindu one, and a Catholic one. She, with her staff and contacts was able to erect a runway and stage for the processional, in addition to recreating the entire ballroom in a time span of 2 hours for the 350+-person reception. The wedding she planned was not only beautiful and elegant, but also had little-to-no glitches, which resulted in an event that will be memorable for not only the bridal party, but for the guests as well.
