Our accommodations were outstanding. We stayed in 5-star hotels that not only served immaculate breakfasts and dinners but were also conveniently situated right outside a few minutes walk from the Haramain (Masjid Al-Haram and Masjid Al-Nabawi). This prime location made attending prayers and visiting the holy sites incredibly easy and stress-free.

Transportation was seamless and comfortable. We traveled between Mecca and Medina on a business-class bullet train, and comfortable buses were provided for local activities. The journey was made even more enriching by our Ameer, a scholar graduate of Al-Azhar, who guided us through the Umrah steps and provided insightful explanations during tours to all the mazaraat (holy sites).

Wael provided gifts for all customers out of the goodness of his heart. He also ensured we had a local representative available at all times to answer any questions and offer recommendations for any local needs.

Wael prioritizes his customers' comfort above all else and is constantly adjusting his services to enhance the experience. His sincerity and genuine warmth make every interaction feel like you're part of a family.
