It's always a pleasure working with them! This is my third year using their service, and every time has been great. The ordering process is seamless, and when I arrive at my rental, the sheets and towels are already there waiting for me. The return instructions are simple and hassle-free—just bag them and leave them on the porch! It's such a relief not to worry about the extra weight in my suitcase when traveling. Needed high quality cotton sheets right away. A two-minute phone call to this company took care of it - the sheets were dropped off on my front porch within a couple of hours, clean, nicely folded, and sealed in a plastic bag. Yeah, there was an upcharge for same-day service. But isn't it a wonderful thing when someone does a great job, in a friendly no-nonsense way, so I could get back on my windsurfer and enjoy Martha's Vineyard!

I ordered sheets & towels the day before I arrived (bad planning on my part) and Martha's Vineyard Linen & Rentals delivered everything without issue. All of the linens and towels were high quality and fairly priced. Great service.

Products were delivered promptly, clean and some some even new (dog crate)! I cannot say if pricing is competitive, as this is the first time using this service. We did not used half of the towels we requested as there was a washer and dryer on site. Service and delivery were great!

Parking permit is not clear, it would have been nice to know the extreme amount of cars at this house rental. Also the host needs to alert her customers if you bring a car to island you need reservations for car coming and going we almost did not get a return. The house is very nice , could use air in kitchen! As you rent linens let guests know you have pillows, mattress pads and kitchen towels. My cost was crazy high without this knowledge . The host could add this and make it much easier for her guests. Also after cleaning team left it would have been nice to have had a cool house to walk into , to unpack and learn how to ready things. I hope this helps some updating on clarity on the home. Sorry I thought this was for house rental
