We spent a night in this cute motel. Super clean! They even had left some chocolate and cinnamon rolls in our room which is very nice details. Bed was super comfy and our windows opened to the backyard that had views to a farm with horses in it. What else could we ask for?!

We were delighted with Maple Terrace Motel. We chose them because their price, availability and location all seemed good for a visit to the Clark Institute of Art. And then we discovered what a good choice it was when we arrived. They were true to their promise to welcome guests with dogs. The motel is located just a short walk from the center of Williamstown and is surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Berkshires. The owners were both very friendly and warm. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, and the location was excellent - central but quiet. It’s surrounded by green space in spite of being very close to the middle of town. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for singles, couples or families.

It’s a 70’s throw back but super clean, very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets - great sleep. Spacious rooms and inn-keepers are lovely and do what they can to make for a comfortable stay - waters, chocolates, and continental breakfast (that we slept through). Perfect location for Williams College! Great value!

Have never been to the area and it was provided as an option as we were in town for a hockey tournament. Easily the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in and could not beat the price. Great location and honestly cleaner than most Hotels I have stayed in. I honestly could not find a negative. Great hosts, simple continental breakfast, and a great outdoor area/firepit (can watch horses from property). Rooms have everything you need. Would not hesitate to stay her again and felt bad for other families that opted for $300 a night "name brand" hotels in N. Adams.

This place is very clean, very spacious, neat and nicely decorated. It's close to lots of stores, coffee shops, local to everything! Pretty great location! the fireplace is great! Kind of a bummer that they don't include the wood they require you to burn in the fireplace; It's a $10, per log, cost! You cannot burn regular wood in it!

Overall, everything is pretty great!
We stayed in room 118! I suggest that room!

We've stayed at Maple Terrace several times and found it to be extremely pleasant and a good value. The owners are unfailingly friendly and helpful, the rooms have everything we need, and the location is quiet and convenient. Highly recommended.

My mother-in-law spent 2 nights at the Maple Terrace and was extremely impressed with all of the amenities. The room was a nice size, clean, had a comfortable bed, a walk in shower, and was warm and inviting. Rita and Ashwan were welcoming and I would have her stay there with no hesitation again.
