This company is a scammer if there’s negative 5 starts that I would rate them. I purchased 4 PAL tickets FOR Dec 2023 seven months ago and needed to cancel 3 of them due to medical reasons in Oct 2023 and until now March 2024 I haven’t received my refund, my sister who purchased directly to PAL and cancelled hers got refund in 2 weeks. I followed up thru email and phone and they even tricked me that they would return my money in my credit card but after 2 days of the credit pending transaction the refund didn’t go thru and no longer there so they withdrew the refund before it posted. What a scammer! I’ll definetely take legal action and contact US gov’t business authorities to get my money back and expose your fraudulent activities!
