How far this place has fallen. This experience was bad (story below)👇
My family and I decided to visit over Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It used to be called the Summit but evidently was recently bought by Main Event. We had an arcade card from the summit with $120 of credit on it, we were told that it was no longer valid and we would have to pay $3 to get a new Main Event card. They took my old card and said the credit was worthless so I regrettably bought a new card for my kids (2&4) to play in the arcade. Im not joking when I say; “Every game was either out of order, was missing pieces, or literally broke while we were playing them!” (see photos). The games that did work were in really bad shape and were greasy/sticky. An employee told me they couldn’t even fix the motorcycle game because they don’t make parts for them any more. I asked if we could get a credit back for the games that broke while we were playing and was told there was nothing they could do (this makes no sense and I have never heard of an arcade unable to issue credit). The employee we spoke to seemed super annoyed that I informed her of the inoperable machines (must constantly deal with this). My wife and I started laughing with another family because of how absurd the situation was. While overhearing us tell the employee about a broken game their game screen went black. Before leaving we let our kids cash in their tickets for prizes. Inside one of the prize buckets there was a half eaten pretzel covered in nacho cheese. I took it out and threw it in the trash. It was rock hard and had definitely been there for a while. It seems like Main Event doesn’t have enough money to maintain their facilities/equipment. It’s really unfortunate that it’s gotten to this point because during the winter, indoor entertainment is great for the kids.

This place is great!!!! I'm part of a bowling league and it's so much fun! Staff is friendly and efficient, food and drink are great! I also play in the arcade sometimes too and the games are fun and the prizes are nice!! Definitely family friendly but also has alcohol. Lots of fun all around!

Had an amazing time at Main Event!! We came in with some really to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday. Brian, Ryan and our server Isabella took GREAT care of us! They were really busy, and did an amazing job. We got the Pizza palooza platters for the kids, and it was perfect for little hands! We will definitely come back soon!

It's a bit frustrating when you walk in and have never been here before. The employees just walk around and stare, nobody offers how to explain how main event works. My husband and I left the first time because we were a little frustrated nobody would offer themselves up to help us out, we asked questions to one employee who is very short with us, so we left. A few months later we decided to give it another try and went in and it was the same situation, however I went and spoke with the bartender and she was amazingly friendly, patient with all my questions, she's is outstanding! It's a bummer that they have an open kitchen and all the kitchen stuff acts like they don't want to be there. My kids just like the pizza my husband and I decided to try it and it was just not good. Frozen pizza is better. The mozzarella sticks tasted like old fryer oil. The games are all in great condition and the guy working the ticket counter was very friendly and great with my kids. We weren't able to bowl as it was league night, which is understandable. We're definitely going to try out the laser tag next time we visit. Great place to go if you need to kill a couple hours, but eat before you come..

This is gotta be one of the best places I’ve ever been to and the food and the arcade and the service was amazing and if you wanna play in the arcade and get your food, it’s great prices to plan them together most fun we’ve had in a long time I recommend take your whole family this place has an amazing laser tag as well. Awesome. Awesome amazing place.

Great place for fun and food. We went with most of our team on a weekday while in town for a tournament. We were able to get the VIP room all to ourselves. The girls had a great time - bowling, video games and laser tag. All pretty great.

Third party event ! From the GM down to the staff crew they're all amazing the Main Event never seems to disappoint. IF your ever gone or hadn't stop by and check it out. Don't forget to greet the staff and let them know they're amazing after all it a place for the whole family to unwind.

Bartender/ server Jade, was highly rude at first approach, didnt ask but was obvious she was either not liking her job or our color, an i hate to say that cause I am just visiting my home state as a Soldier of the US Army. Kinda sad. Use to love this place as the Summit, use to be welcoming here. Counter at the bar an menus super sticky. But Brooke was awesome, thanks Brooke for taking over the situation that Jade couldn't. Would of Left a better tip if she was more sincere Brooke so my apologies.
