⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Cleaning Service!

We recently had Maid Pro Hudson, FL come in to clean a room at the Hudson Library in Pasco County, where we had been working since October. The carpet had some pretty tough stains, but Jackie, Alice, and Brittany did an amazing job—it looked good as new by the time they were done! The bathroom smelled fresh and clean, and the library staff was very happy with the results.

Highly recommend Maid Pro Hudson for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent cleaning work!

Carly and Bianca were great! They worked hard in a very methodical way which made my home feel like a wonderful place to live. They even got the dog hair that I couldn’t get out of the carpets, and made it look like three small children aren’t roaming determined to make the biggest mess possible. I hope to have them back soon.

Incredibly disappointed. We were getting ready to put our house on the market to sell, so we purposely used what we thought was a reputable company to do a deep clean on our house. The maids came and spent numerous hours at our house, checking off on their 49 point checklist that they had completely cleaned all items that were supposed to be done. However, after they left, we noticed that many of the items had not even been touched. We have three dogs, so dog hair is definitely an issue in our home. Even things like ceiling fans that they checked off remained with dust on them. We immediately called the home office regarding the poor cleaning and they said somebody would be out the next day to do a FREE re-clean. The person that came out the next day was absolutely appalled at how much had not been done and said she had not been budgeted the time to do a complete re-clean which in her opinion, was what was needed. She called her supervisor from our home stating that more time needed to be budgeted and she was going to leave and come back at a later date. She and a partner came back to do the reclean, but we were CHARGED For it. When we called Maid Pro asking why we were charged for a re-clean of the original clean that was done poorly, they acknowledged the mistake but said that they do not do refunds so we could just have the next cleaning for free. At this point, we were completely frustrated with them and honestly did not trust that they would not charge us since they had already charged our card without our permission and we again asked for our money back, (which they refused). We tried contacting their corporate headquarters but they just kept routing our calls back to the Hudson office only to continually be told that they don’t provide refunds because it’s against their policy - even if they weren’t given permission to charge it in the first place.

We are extremely thankful for Dawn. We have two previously abused dogs and they are now special needs. We'll, our Affenphincher. Takes to Dawn and the love is reciprocated. We are so thankful for her. And, the house is spotless. My husband and I are 82 and delighted when we know Dawn will be coming.
