The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom had mold all over the walls and ceiling. The bathtub had huge cracks and chunks missing in the finish of it. The water in the shower would not fully turn off and just constantly dripped. The carpet in the room had big nasty stains. The wallpaper on the walls was falling off. The ceiling plaster was broke and coming down. They showed me 5 different rooms and they were all in this same condition. This place is a total health hazard! Once you check in they deny a refund after 15 minutes of being there.

As of April 1st 2025, they are still shut down but don't indicate on the Google or any website. They allow you to book online but they are condenemed from not being safe for humans

OCT 30, 2024: HOTEL IS CLOSED! Lee County Court ordered the building to close until repairs can be done. The owner stated he cannot afford repairs.

Very large room
Good amount of furniture in it: a Desk, a Pull out couch, standing lamp, comfortable chairs.
Manager Charlie does a great job. He's friendly, always available, and very accommodating.
The ac worked well.
The view isn't bad at all... trees mostly. There's a friendly hotel cat who lives outside.
The wifi worked well.
The room was fairly clean.
Very quiet room.
Nice waiting area/ lounge.

There are just a couple of minor suggestions. The carpets are a little dirty. The bathtub could use whitening. The drapes don't completely close. It's difficult to find your way back to the room. The parking lot out back could use cleaning.

Do not stay here they want you to pay in cash. I tried to give them cash they didn’t have change they said will give it to you later that made no sense. It’s a business you should have cash if a customer brings in $100 bill they refuse to let me pay with my card to check in early they want to cash for that. I said I don’t have more cash I’ll just use my card. They refused to let me use my card. I’m pretty sure they were just trying to pocket my early check-in fee. That’s why they wanted cash they looked like they do drugs bunch of missing teeth. A lot of weird people just hanging around that look like they do drugs overall, I did not stay there , I’ll have to fight to get my money back from the bank

Worst experience ever. Had 3 nights booked and left after the first night (we only stayed because we were so tired from traveling). Pictures below, anything that could be dirty was. So dirty we didn't even take showers there. No options for refunds, smell was horrible. Smelled like old cigarette smoke in the halls and chemical smoke remover in the rooms. Our eyes were burning by the next morning, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Rooms are big friendly service could use a lot of work today is September 3 we have been here since August 20th my big suggestions is take out all the carpet not good and make sure the coffee pot is clean I won't use and beds need to be done daily. Price is awesomeness I found cheaper but didn't want to go that far

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I waited 5 plus minutes at counter, then 2 very unprofessional individuals show up looking like they're homeless. The pictures on site are misleading. The lobby stinks, the rooms were dirty, broken curtains, dead bugs in room, dirty bathrooms. It looks like a vacated place from the front and shady is an understatement. Motel 6 would be better

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. had to stay there for a month before we got a place. The whole place has black mold all over it. Wall paper falling off the walls in rooms and in the hallway. The owners name is Bob and he just used tape or staples to put the wallpaper back up , I have pics of every single room on the main level and they are all like that. I got pics of the hallway where the wallpaper was taped back up this place is a joke. Had blood stains on my sheets and pillow cases. The owner is so far behind on bills he said. I can go on and on about this place and him and the restaurant that he owns brandywine is a joke he has no business running a restaurant, he can't cook at all. And it's nothing but bad reviews there too , health dept making him throw all of his food in the trash that was 2 yrs old made him pour bleach on it all so he couldn't get it back out of the trash. Easter bunch he served the same food for almost a month using the same food which u can't do and the health dept told him the same thing. That's why they made him pour bleach on everything, he has no business running anything he's a joke. And going to make people sick with the black mold and the food .
