Maggiano's Banquets is a stunning venue that exudes timeless elegance. The rich wooden interiors give off an "old money" vibe that makes for an incredibly classy backdrop for wedding photos. The lighting in the space was easy to work with, which allowed me to capture some truly beautiful moments for the couple.

While parking was a bit challenging, the experience inside more than made up for it. The staff was friendly, attentive, and easy to communicate with, making the day run smoothly. Overall, it's a charming venue for weddings, with a sophisticated atmosphere and accommodating service. Highly recommend!

What an amazing event venue! The atmosphere alone is a ten couple with the dynamic customer service and the sublime food it was almost a bit overwhelming, but not quite, lol. The food was melt in your mouth delicious the kind of treats that you envious when you just want to have a luxurious meal, the desserts from the cheesecakes to the chocolate truffles were what a dessert efficiencinadio dream off. Though I dont imbibe, I was told the wines, mimosas and cognacs were the perfect pairings for each meal.

I attended an educational meeting for the industry I work in. It was a large group. The servers timed everything perfectly and were attentive to refilling our glasses. Excellent service. The calamari was our favorite appetizer. It was light and flavorful. I had a filet that was perfectly cooked and so tender. Even the pasta side that looked like a Mac n Cheese was amazing. It had a lovely garlic flavor. Overall a perfect meal with perfect service.

We just hosted our wedding ceremony and reception in the Wine Cellar at the Clark & Grand location. I couldn't ask for a better venue.

All of the planning a coordination before and during the day was seamless - the website communication is so easy. The sales team is on top of any communication I send. Changes were accepted up to 3 days before the event.

With 50 people attending, we booked both sides of the Wine Cellar room - 6 tables. Perfect configuration - large enough area to keep everyone in one party, while large enough that we didn't feel cramped. We also booked the separate bar area next to the larger banquet room, and it was a perfect area for our ceremony and appetizers. Finally - The Wine Cellar area is also separate from both the restaurant and the other banquet facilities, so it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves.

Our guests were extremely complimentary of the food quality. The family style service made menu planning SO EASY - no entree choices to coordinate - and the food was awesome. The Beef Medallions were amazing - and worth the upcharge! Family style service requires top level service from staff - and they were on top of their game. The big surprise for the guests - they were given the opportunity to get TAKE HOME!!! Not expected from anyone - and there were many takers.

Finally, we did NOT make our selection of venue / caterer based upon price. We considered 5 other venues - where the minimums were 3 to 4 times the price. Maggiano's offers an amazing value for such an important event. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

I would not host an event here unless you want your guests to be pushed over by servers pushing carts to other rooms from your rented space, you understand garbage, dirty Linen and dishes will be pushed through your event from other events over and over again. If you understand your service will be 1.5hrs and all guests will not have time to eat a full meal in the allotted rental time (our guests never received dessert due to the tardiness) on top of half our guests (approx 50) in a 4hr rental period not even getting a soft drink. Like simply a sprite, though requested multiple times over 2hrs. We were hardly given a refill on water, maybe every hour, even though we requested multiple times. I am not sure why they chose our event to do such tacky and unprofessional antics as I have been there before for other events and did not experience any of this chaos. This is an event space, and some things are common sense to know better. That is why I feel some actions were very intentional, or they simply did not respect our event as much as the others that day.

We had an amazing party, a big family and friends event, at Maggiano's Banquets. Couldn't have asked for more. Chris, our party manager, was stellar. He was so helpful in planning the party and menu, in setting up the party decor, and making sure everything went smoothingly the day of. The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts. Our guests love it and raved about everything the next day. We will definitely consider having a party again there in the future.

We had a great experience here as guests for a friend's wedding. The food was plentiful and I love the family style dinner. The decor in here is warm & inviting (and it had been decorated for the holidays which added some coziness). Easy to find.
