Kirsten is a breath of fresh air and has re-focused and re-energized us every 90 days for the past 18 months or so. Her enthusiasm and energy are contagious but her depth, recall, experience and expertise are what transcend rah-rah pump-us-up sessions. She won't usually solve your problem for you, but instead helps you solve a problem, go to the difficult place you've been hesitant to go to or point you toward the tools so you can help yourself and become stronger in the process.
