Purchased a cocktail tour through Groupon for my dad's birthday. After many unsuccessful attempts to schedule, we left a one star review on yelp. After the review was posted we were contacted and scheduled a tour for yesterday. My parents drove 45 minutes to meet in Temecula for the tour only to have nobody show up, and nobody answer the phones to find out what was going on. Funnily enough, groupon was able to contact them immediately to "confirm they are scheduling tours" while we have yet to receive a response. This business is either a scam or horribly unorganized and unprofessional- either way I would recommend never doing business with them.

The reservation process by AJ, pick up from our home to LAX, & drop off from LAX to our home were FLAWLESS! Our driver, Steven, was a delight to work with & talk to. Plus, their prices are competitive! You get topnotch service with Be Good Travel Adventures. We are lifetime customers.
