Lux Lifestyle events were amazing and took our dream wedding to another level! We found Melissa (Lux owner) on Instagram because we loved what we saw! She scheduled an appointment with us immediately at the hotel venue that we were considering! When she arrived, she started speaking with hotel staff and had them to open their banquet halls for us to measure etc. WE HADNT EVEN HIRED THEM YET! This is how dedicated Lux is!!! From that moment on Melissa never disappointed us! We started our planning before the pandemic, we had to postpone our wedding a whole year out due to the pandemic and throughout the entire time Melissa continued to text, call, set check-in meetings with us so that we wouldn’t get discouraged or fall behind on the planning! This team took so much burden off our shoulders!! We are a very VERY picky couple (it was really the groom lol) but no matter how many times he changed the plans, or called Melissa 7 times a day, or needed to ask a “quick question” (which was never quick), Melissa and her team remained helpful, professional, reassuring, and most of all THEY STAYED IN OUR BUDGET!!! We plan to hire Lux events for every major event that we have! They are connected to the best vendors with the best rates and the BEST WORK! I would recommend this company to the world!! Very unprofessional and double dipped by charging me twice. Left me out of communication in regards to my cake final review. I do not recommend. Please be aware and check all your invoices. She doesn't want people to speak the truth. How are ppl supposed make the right choice if they are not able to read people’s experiences? I would hate for anyone else to get screwed over. There she goes below my comment lying smh bring on the lawyers. Trying so hard to make your audience believe your lies. It hasn’t been 2 years there goes another lie.

Mel is thorough, detail oriented and on top of her stuff! Everything turned out so beautiful, all of our guest LOVED the ceremony, decor and flow of the wedding and reception!

A whole year later and the Lux Lifestyle Events experience still gives me goosebumps. Head Planner, Melisa was remarkable! She made everything we had on paper come to reality. The Lux team goes above and beyond to ensure that your special day is seamless! One thing I’ll never forget is how sad I was initially because none of my family or wedding party could make it to any of my dress fittings but Melisa drove over an hour each time and made sure the experience was special for me. She also came equip with all of the questions I would have forgot to ask. I say this to say no detail is overlooked. My Husband and I are forever grateful for the Lux Lifestyle Events Team!
