Just your regular ol' boat launch doubling up as a fishing platform ? This spot is never really crowded (summertime is always the exception) so it's super easy to park and walk down the stairs to the river to throw your line in real quick.

Great place to go for specialty wear, but on the expensive side. Service was good because there was no one else there. We had to go pull cash out because their visa/MC machine wasn't working and then had to go back to the ATM again because the cashier gave the total before tax the first time.

This is a good swimming spot at the Kern river. This river is dangerous even if you are a strong swimmer, wear a life vest.

This place is peaceful and beautiful and serene and has an awesome set of metal stairs leading down to a wooden launch area.it's clean and well maintained and so pretty as well as useful

Love going to this spot great fishing area and lots of gold to be found. Not too good of a swimming hole though for kids
