My wife and I had not travelled to Europe in several years so we decided to use a travel agent to guide us. We searched the web for a reputable travel agency with years of experience and found Lorraine Travel. Lorraine Travel asked for our travel plans and assigned us to Senior Travel Consultant, Lionel Moolchan, who we instantly felt comfortable with and who helped us with every single detail of our trip. Our trip, involving 3 countries (France, Spain and Portugal) lasted 24 days. We flew into Paris where we stayed for 4 days, picked up a rental car, and spent the remaining 20 days visiting Versailles, Limoges, Bordeaux, St. Emilion, Biarritz, San Sebastian, Oviedo, Lugo, A Coruna, Santiago de Compostela, Vigo, Porto and Lisbon. During the 6 months we spent planning this trip, we spoke to Lionel at least once a week and he was always available and willing to answer all questions, even the silly ones. He booked our flights, hotels and rental cars and found solutions to any logistics problem we encountered. Thanks to Lionel’s experience and guidance this beautiful trip went without a hitch.
