Disappointed. We stayed in the Coffey House A3. Found ants in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Linens were soiled. We did contact management who recommended another unit. Unfortunately when I walked into the unit, it was occupied. How was it that they were not aware? Reluctantly we stayed. There are steep stairs leading up to the kitchen. And stairs leading to the front door. The website pictures did not show this. We had to lug our suitcases up the stairs. Not a place for the elderly or handicapped.

Despite staying at the coffee house, which surprisingly lacked coffee, our family has consistently preferred lookout estates for the past eight years. We have always been satisfied with the townhouses offered there. However, this time was different. The kitchen was subpar, and there were hardly any amenities. Furthermore, given that it was a coffee house, I had anticipated a well-equipped coffee station, which was unfortunately not provided. The sofa couch was also in poor condition, with soiled linens and trash scattered around it. Do not recommend . Don’t waste your money .

Stayed in Unit B2. Great price. Million Dollar View! Walking distance from downtown. Close and convenient to everything. Clean unit, gorgeous fireplace, fully equipped, nice pool and well managed. Excited to return and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Whispering Pines. We had the best time. The condo was clean, 5 bedrooms, pool table, washer/dryer, and awesome view with a grill. Great place for coffee in the morning. There is a pool for use also. Very please. We will be back.

Great place to stay. Swimming pool. When I go here, I stay in Sierra Vista i3. It has a huge game room with bar and pool table. It has two balconies that both face west, so amazing sunsets.

Had hot water issue, did get someone to stop by same day. They got water heater to function again but plumbing was done poorly. There are 4 full baths which is great in terms of usage but pressure is affected and hot water does not reach if all are in use. You can tell plumbing pipe size for supply is an issue. Would have rated it better but not being able to shower comfortably sucked through our stay.

Update - hot water worked for about 1 shower worth and is no longer working. We stayed in i3 but from what it seems they are maintained by same property manager. Unit is in need of repairs, would never return. Water was so cold we had to take baths with wet cloths. No one would return my call after initial call was returned, if possible i would rate lower.
