I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding planned by Little Valley Weddings, and my overall experience was nothing short of excellent. Kelly, the owner, demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and an incredible eye for detail. From the initial stages of planning to the execution on the wedding day, Little Valley Weddings proved to be a top-notch wedding planning service.

Communication with Kelly was seamless – she was not only quick to respond to any questions I had but also ensured that everyone involved in the wedding was well-informed. Her ability to think on her feet and efficiently solve problems made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Working with Kelly and Little Valley Weddings for our wedding was the ABSOLUTE BEST decision my husband and I made! From the very moment we contacted Little Valley Weddings, Kelly showed us such great professionalism by not only being courteous and getting back to us within 24 hours (which many vendors both in and out of the area did not even bother to email us to let us know they were unavailable) and taking the time to schedule an initial consultation call with us. One of the main takeaways we took from this initial call was that Kelly was so professional and organized and if we decided to work with her and her team we would be in great hands.

Our initial impression proved to be true and working with Kelly and team was the best decision we could have made. Since my husband and I were very involved in planning from the very beginning and had booked several of our vendors early on we started working with Kelly 6 months prior to our wedding. I can't imagine what the 6 months prior to our wedding would have looked like had we not started working with Kelly. She kept us organized and on track, she helped us narrow down decisions and think about final details we would have otherwise forgotten about and she helped us communicate with our vendors as well as coordinated with vendors behind the scenes so that our day ran seamlessly and so that our day was perfect. And boy was it a perfect wedding! Many of our vendors even mentioned how effortless it was to collaborate with Kelly and how organized she was. It made their jobs easy as well as Kelly had everything clearly mapped out for the day of the wedding. On the day of our wedding we also had two additional planners, Becca was with me all day while Barrett was with my husband. They were such a calming presence on our day and took care of everything from the major details to the smallest of details so that our day ran smoothly and so that my husband and I didn't have to focus on anything else other than enjoying our day.

Our wedding turned out even better than anything we could have imagined and it would have not been possible without Kelly and her team. During the time we worked with Kelly she took the time to get to know us both individually and as a couple and figured out what was most important to us as far as our wedding process and wedding day. For me music and decor were very important, specifically I wanted to honor my heritage. Kelly helped me find ways to accomplish both of these things by doing research on traditions, traditional decor and recommending different vendors. For my husband, sticking to our budget was important and Kelly helped us track our spending through her budgeting tool and kept this number in mind when recommending services/vendors. Her ability to get to know people and their needs is amazing and this made a big impact for us as we were going through the wedding process.

One last thing I wanted to mention is that Kelly is such a wonderful person and was so friendly and kind to my husband and I from the very beginning. If you are looking for someone who is clearly an expert at what they do and goes above and beyond as well as someone who is a great person Kelly and her team are it!! I cannot recommend Kelly and Little Valley Weddings enough, on top of being experts at what they do, they are all wonderful people and were a pleasure working with!!

I knew from our first call that choosing to work with Kelly Karli through her Little Valley Weddings arm was going to be an amazing decision.
