Great place when it's not busy. Views are nice and the falls are peaceful, again, when it's not busy. As with most nice things in the outdoors, people tend to be disrespectful. The further you get away from the parking area, the more peaceful it gets. Nice hike from here to Albert Pike Campground. Bout a medium trail, 14.7 miles, according to Google Maps, not too bad of a hike. Last went on Friday of Memorial Weekend, PACKED. Have gone in mid-week in the past and it was very nice.

Great off the main road summer destination. After a hot ride on our adventure bikes, a dip in the falls was welcomed. Wish we had more time to hang out. The were quite a few people there that Saturday.

We loved Little Missouri Falls and will definitely be back.

You'll ride down quite a few Arkansas dirt roads to get here but the falls are just a short walk from the parking lot. Worth a trip for sure!

Little Missouri Falls didn’t disappoint! It was so beautiful and peaceful. The road coming in was windy, narrow in places, and rough. I’m glad we had an SUV. If it’s rainy or muddy, I wouldn’t recommend going with a small car.

There was no wait. Prior to getting to the hiking trail, there is a nice cement path that takes you to a bridge. That’s nice for those that have accessibility issues.

The road to get here is very well trafficked by ATVs, so beware when coming around corners. For almost 12 miles we drove on kiliche roads. At the Falls area, there were 46 people visiting when we came on Dec 31 around 3pm. There were 14 ATVs parked in the parking lot and on the sidewalks, causing people to have to walk through the parking lot behind vehicles as people were trying to back out of the actual parking spots. There were only 3 vehicles in the overflow parking though. The falls were flowing very well! Once we were able to get down the stairs, and wait patiently for everyone to scramp along the rocks and get their pictures, it was incredible to see! We couldn't get to the overlook area as there was a family sitting having their lunch there. There is a fee of $5 per vehicle to use for day use. There's a few very nice trails in the area as well. If we go back, I'd go very early and on a week day.

*From what i can gather, this is your best choice for a significant falls in the area. Due to the drive in...I'd highly recommend this one over others in area!*

Beautiful place to visit. The drive into alone is worth it...off the beaten path. Hike was easy(about 1 block), however...there are a couple of spots that you should heed.
