Called for a taxi an hour ago called twice. And they were just finally dispatching someone. Had to cancel. Cannot trust they will do what they say. Horrible, horrible service!

I'm gonna couple years.They'll wonder why they're not in business. Do not recommend!

Pre-booked a taxi for my wife days in advance for 2 PM. They were late with the same excuse as last week: they can't control other ride times. This shows a complete lack of respect for my wife's time and the fact that we booked in advance. We're done with this service and will use Uber from now on.

Unreliable and dangerous. They cannot arrive on time no matter how early you arrange a ride. The vehicle that arrived needed new brakes, new shocks, an alignment, a muffler.... it made so much noise. It creaked and groaned and shrieked the entire time. This guy drove horribly. Too fast then slam on breaks to avoid hitting someone then fast again, weaving in and out of lanes, cussing at other drivers. My back actually hurt after being tossed around so much. This was the worst ride I've ever had.

0/10. Our driver was very clearly intoxicated. I can’t even believe this company allowed him to get behind a wheel and drive. The cab itself sounded like it was going to break down any minute. Almost crashed twice… barely stopped at a stop sign, almost got T-boned. He was on his phone while driving us, which is just extremely unprofessional and dangerous. Very lucky to have made it to our spot safely. Will not use this service again. Don’t waste your money, just get an Uber or Lyft.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Made a reservation 5 hours in advance be taken to the train station to catch a train to Chicago. Cab didn’t show. When I called to find ETA the dispatcher told me they have only 7 cabs for whole city and that they would try to get someone to me. When I asked why she didn’t tell me that when I made the reservation she made some flippant remark. I scrambled to find a ride and managed to enlist the help of a friend. Tried to call the cab company to cancel the ride, but she repeatedly hung up on me. Then the dispatcher had the audacity to call me back an hour and a half after my reservation (15 minutes before the train was to depart) to see if I still needed a ride. DO NOT use this company!!!!!!

You call Lincoln yellow cab three hours ahead of time before work and they still show up after the time you have to be at work. This company will get you fired. They have no respect for the public the Dispatcher is nonchalant which request so if I was you guys, I will take Uber or Lyft least get your money is worth a insider told me from making yellow cab that they be On purpose so I give this cab Company 1 stars and bad experience💯

Every time I use the linking yellow cab service they always get over on the price by taking u out of your way and if anything lost or stolen they don’t have any type of help at all so use Uber or Lyft much better .

I love Lincoln Taxi. Most of the time they are spot on with service. Drivers are always courteous and friendly. Tywonne is amazing. He's always so positive and kind. Thank you TY for your commitment to service.
