I moved to Austin in 2018 and was having trouble finding a job. These guys got me in and signed up, I could tell they were a little tired but they were doing everything they could to get me on board. Not even a week later they got me a temporary full time position at a catering kitchen. This turned into a full time position with the company later down the road. I would have never gotten that opportunity without them. Only saying this now a few years down the line because that was such an important moment of my life that these guys helped out with. I hope people give these guys a chance in the future because I've only got good things to say about them. I even still get temp opportunities from them to this day.

LGC is hands down THE best temp agency anyone could work for. They pay the highest in town, secure the best jobs, and take care of their employees. If you are not signed up with them yet, you are missing out.

I was one of their staffing managers, aka the person who hires and places employees for jobs. The ONLY plus to working here was my one coworker.

I would direct anybody and everybody to steer clear of this company. You as well as your managers are severely underpaid - The cooks (14 an hour) made as much as the people staffing them.

Unprofessional, unorganized, and the corporate level is absolutely awful. They try to sell themselves as a hospitality agency when in reality all it is, is a lower-tiered temp agency that can't find much work for any of its employees.

The other 1 star review left here? Corporate literally called this person and begged them to take it off. STAY CLEAR.

Turn the other direction. I worked with this agency for a second job and decided to quite. So they decided to hold my last check. Avoid the hassel with these petty ppl and apply somewhere else!!!!
