The level products are pretty good, but their customer support is abysmal. I have a couple of their locks and am trying to purchase additional ones on their web site, but have been going back and forth for several days with their support team because of a constant error in their backend when I try to check out. Pretty pathetic when you can’t even get a company to take your money!

Was initially really excited and loved my level lock+ for over a year. Until recently I started having issues with random unlocking. Everything changed once I contacted customer service for warranty. All the other reviews are absolutely correct and myriad hoops to jump through with providing them photos videos additional product calibrations etc. is absolutely absurd. I started the process on July 2 and due the lack of responsiveness and the runaround it’s July 18 and I am giving up with zero progress during that time. It’s more reminiscent of dealing with a car insurance company working any attempt to deny a claim rather than a consumer electronics company. Worst warranty service I have ever had for a $300+ product supposedly premium product.

These have to be some of the lowest quality smart devices on the market. Like no QC. I have bought one bolt and three touch models and all three touches broke in the first few hours of operation. Not even installation, but broken in the box, one software failure and one was the wrong model packed in the box (?!?). The bolt works but takes 5-60+ seconds to open. The customer service people are zero help and refuse to replace any of these units. I had to do charge backs. It's wild how bad you're treated when you need help. Keep shopping, you don't want this.

It is truly a right of passage to get anyone to help with anything. They must have a plan to try and get you to give up. It’s a game of emails, photos, calls, appointments to fix the simplest item. They do not care.

Locked mostly worked for me, the admin. Day 2 of tenant stay it locked them out. Support is outsourced to somewhere else in the world where they just read from a script. Absolutely no troubleshooting knowledge and they ignore what you've already told them. I'd return it but that would cost me even more to have my handyman removed and reverse all the modifications he had to do to install it. Can't wait for competitors, who know what they're doing, to come out with a better product.
