Lets Bounce McHenry was great! From their prompt service, great customer service, to the actual bounce house itself. The men who set the bounce house up were quick and super polite. It was a hit at our son's birthday party. We will absolutely use them again!

We have used Let's Bounce twice now (once with a water bounce house for Father's Day and once with popcorn, cotton candy, and hot dog machines for Halloween). We have had a great experience both times. They are affordable and easy to work with. They have arrived ahead of the scheduled time and were patient with their instructions. I would highly recommend.

Great communication, super quick take down and set up and answered all of my questions. The kids had a great time! I would definitely rent from them again since they have a huge variety of slides. We ordered the dry toddler slide bounce house.

They were great! I reserved my bounce house online for my daughters graduation party. I received verification by email right away and 2 emails in the last days before my reservation with tips, rules, and all of the instructions I needed to be ready for delivery. I was lucky and got a brand new bounce house and the kids of all ages had a great time. Delivery and pickup was quick, easy, and within the time range given. I would definitely rent from them again.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a bouncy house to use Lets Bounce. Impeccable and professional service. Michelle was so helpful with my entire rental and answering my questions in a prompt manner. Delivery, set-up and take down was just as she promised.

All the kids had a fabulous and fun day.

Wonderful experience working with Let's Bounce! Reserving our bounce house with slide was easy to do online. There was a nice informative video online as well. The bounce house was set up very quickly and in plenty of time before my party. My party guests were very complimentary of the house with slide, and there were also many comments of house CLEAN the bounce house was! They picked up the equipment right on time - great company, will defintiely use them again! Recommend.

Great experience! They came the morning of our party, set everything up fairly quickly for the size of the bounce house, explained everything to us then left. The next day they came back and took it away - so easy! The kids loved the bounce house. It was nice and clean when we got it which has not been the case for other places we’ve used in the past. Would definitely use them again and recommend for all parties!
