Great place for kids that love Legos or just want to experience something new. Activities for all ages. Cafeteria ok food not the best. There are different ticket packages but even the basic package includes the 4d movies. In addition to all the cool Lego areas there's a lazer escape game and a jungle gym type of things for kids to run around in. Some stamp stations and buttons on the displays were not working as expected but a great time highly recommend.

I was expecting a much larger entertainment center when I visited the Lego Discovery Center in Somerville, and the fact that it's located smack dab in the midst of the retail shops was the first giveaway that it wasn't what I anticipated. I was expecting more of a stand-alone Target or Home Depot type building, not a downtown Boston Primark building setup. It takes me longer to leave Primark than it did the LEGO Discovery Center. Essentially, for an expensive visit, there wasn't much for my 12-year-old goddaughter to do. We completed the virtual reality, rode the ride, did the 4D movie, and ate at the concession area, all within an hour. The activity classes are spaced out, which is good in theory, but the next session was 30 minutes later, and my goddaughter didn't want to stick around.
The price point for this should be $20 for adults and $15 for kids.

Visited today and my nephew loved it. I really liked the location as well. We did the ride, VR, and experienced a class. Our instructor was great. As for things I would suggest to improve the experience: You need more employees on the floor. I had some questions and it was a real challenge to find someone available to ask; Better signage or some kind of a map so you know where everything is; I agree with previous review on cost of the tickets. Too high for kids. All in all is was a great experience.

A great experience for the kiddos. They had so much fun and there was a lot to do. Unfortunately, the day we went the center closed early due to a private event, but we would have easily spent another 2 hours there if it was during normal hours.

The boys had a fun time with the VR ride and the blaster ride. Unfortunately the place looks quite run down for such a new facility. Several features were not working, broken, or messy. The parts available at the car build section was frustrating and seemed to be poorly thought through which is not a problem connected to low staffing. I would not recommend unless it gets a little TLC.

Good for kids below 10 . Poor service at cafeteria. Asked for veg burger but was served beef. Seems the staff are pretty casual. Please improve the cafe and food choice. Seems pretty poor.

This place is amazing for any age but especially if you're a fan of Legos!!! Massive builds! They even have local places like the Garden on display.
