We recently booked a 6-day bus service for our Texas trip from Los Angeles, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. While they initially sent us a nice picture of a modern bus, the actual vehicle provided was old and had multiple issues.
The bathroom door remained wide open throughout the trip and could not be locked.
Many seats were broken, making the ride uncomfortable.
The driver struggled to find locations, often causing delays in our schedule.
He was also late for multiple pick-up points throughout the trip.
Even though we provided the driver with a hotel room, meals, and a good tip, we were still unexpectedly charged for parking fees, which were never mentioned in advance.
We had high hopes for this service but were disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor condition of the bus. This experience made our trip more stressful than it should have been. Would not recommend unless they improve their service and transparency.

Ive used this company numerous times throughout the years. They provide safe and effective service for every trip they take. The driver Dwayne is one of the kindest people ive ever met and his driving is so smooth. I would book with this company ANYTIME. They also have a partnership with a company that provides quality party bus services. Best in town!!

All of our drivers have been great on our many football trips the last two years! Great customer service and communication to allow for a smooth trip. We have received a call or text before each trip to confirmed arrival time and to assure us that they will be there. Definitely will continue to use Legacy Charters for future trips for our student/athletes, band and community members.
