I've been utilizing this service for almost a year now. I have to say that although it can still be an adjustment since I'm from a large northwest suburb, Corey has made it easy to schedule my rides. Paul is without a doubt my favorite driver. He makes my rides so pleasant and sometimes they even go too fast because we're enjoying our conversation. When I've experienced a problem, I can call Steve who is extremely receptive to my concerns and assures me that he will address them accordingly. He is beyond superior at providing a level of customer service that you rarely find these days. So I wanted him to be recognized for his efforts so I contacted Gregory Gates to let him know that Steve has gone above and beyond in his efforts to rectify a couple of incidents that I felt needed to be recognized. He was very appreciative that I took the time to contact him. To me, it was such a small effort for a very big deal. Corey, Paul and Steve are true assets to this transportation system. They definitely deserve to be recognized. Even if it's only by me. I look forward to my next ride. Hopefully, Corey is the one who will be scheduling it and Paul will be my driver. 🚐

I've been suspended twice now because of consistent errors on LOTS end. (showing up over half an hour early and then leaving me because I wasn't ready in 5 minutes, I've almost lost my job because this and they don't care) The lady who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude, I always start off polite when I gave to call and then she will get an attitude with me, which triggers my attitude. I have always said that I don't care if I get picked up early buy they have to give me some sort of notice or something, not just suspend me!!

You'd never meet a nicer group of people than the staff at LOTS. They have such great love for the community and every rider that travels with them. These are good people doing important work. Thank you LOTS.

I'm so disappointed in lee County transportation my husband Nick was driving to work on Tuesday 8/31/21. When a lee County transportation bus side swiped him and the just kept driving. Nick had to follow the bus for 6 miles until the bus driver stop to drop off his passenger. Then the driver approached Nick's truck screaming " I didn't cross the yellow line and that he didn't stop because I had to get is passenger to work on time". Nick had to ask the bus driver multiple times to back away from his truck and wait for the cop to arrive. When Nick called the bus driver's supervisor to tell her how inappropriate the driving acted in this situation the supervisor didn't seem to care. I would expect more from a trained driver than to flea the seen of an accident. Then approach someone in the manner he did. I also expect a supervisor to care about how an employee is representing their company

First trip , driver took a bad risk at high speed.
Second trip ,I called and the guy was whiny.
He struggled to book a simple trip to Walmart.
WCPT service is so much better.

They'll get you anywhere you need to go, within reason, if they haven't messed up your scheduling. If your scheduling is messed, you'll have to call a cab or a friend to rescue you, because they will leave you stranded away from your home.
