I have lived here for three years now and have had many interactions with the city staff and field workers. They have been polite, helpful and have the relaxed manner one finds in a smaller town. The field workers always wave or will chat with you in a friendly manner, the police are helpful and courteous. I do not know the mayor, but based on the way the town operates it would seem he is doing his job.

We have had issues with waste management picking up our trash. Its awful we live in housing complex. this stuff needs to be fixed 2 months they wont pick trash up at 203 n fritz apt 203. housing pays big money for them to take care of this i wouldnt rent from here. I am moving.

Went to apply for solicitor permit. The ladies inside were sluggish, rude and condescending... Very unprofessional... Definitely would recommend a retraining in professionalism for the staff.
