We hired Le Rêve Events to help us coordinate our 200+ guest wedding. Argelia was so clear in helping us understanding all of the minor details that went into planning a wedding (HINT: It's a lot!) She provided us with lots of different options and avenues to explore that were both traditional and unique to us. She kept us on track with all of the deadlines we needed to meet as the day approached. She was responsive and patient with us as we navigated our way to an incredible day. During rehearsal, she made sure all of the final details were in place and that the bridal party felt calm, cool, and collected (including our very wiggly flower girl and ring bearers). The day of, our family was so impressed and we were very happy with how everything turned out! We highly recommend her services!

Argelia is the best in the event decorations! She made an incredible sweet table and picnic table for kids on our so.n birthday🎂🎉! Other than that she support
ed my weird idea to make some decor myself (llama, teepee and canoe). I passed all of them to Argelia a few weeks before event. So she delivered everything on place and assembled my and her decor together. It was stylishly, gorgeously, colorfully! I prepared design of sweet table and she made it right on it even mush better! All of my guests were surprised 🙀 and impressed! And even passers-by looked at out decor all the time.

I hired Argelia and team to help with our daughter's first birthday event setup. She was very easy to work with and very responsive. She was very patient in hearing our needs and did a great job on the backdrop, it eventually turned out to be very beautiful looking. Our guests totally loved her backdrop setup. Note that we reached out to Argelia just 40-45 days before the event date, and she was amazingly quick in working with us, many times she went out of the way to help.

However we stopped short of hiring Argelia for anything beyond backdrop setup. It's because her supplemental services viz. Centerpiece decor, table/chair/linen rentals etc. were not budget friendly for us and we found way better deals with other independent vendors. In the end it turned out to be more work for us because we had to interact with too many people (outside Le Reve event) to complete our requirements for the event, purely because Argelia's services were costly in other areas.

So I'll recommend you talk to Argelia well ahead of time regarding the overall quote, so that the you know the cost clearly as you embark on the event setup. She is great to work with, and you will be happier if you knew ahead of time how much you will end up spending for everything.
