I just left the Prattville launch and tears (Dang pregnancy hormones). When I entered, I asked how the pricing and combo packages worked as I was from out of town and didn’t understand the pricing. The cashier said “go fill out the waiver and then I can get you checked out”. I filled out a waiver and returned to the line. I then asked for pricing and the cashier only gave me jump pricing not the combo pricing so I stepped to the side and started reading the combo pricing. I purchased two loaded experience combos With socks totaling $62, and then questioned if my daughter could jump for free since I had paid admission and she was on my receipt (see receipt picture below). I got several different answers and then told no it was policy that only an adult could jump with her Regardless of how many paid admissions. When I asked to see the policy, they cannot show it to me and said it was on the screen (it was not). The cashier came back over and explained that I was rude and when I asked how, she said that she could see straight through people, and it was my body language. The general manager came and tried to explain the policy, but by this point, I was very frustrated and in tears and requested a refund. The general manager suggested I come during toddler time, but I again repeated I’m only in town for 2 days and toddler time did not fall on the days. I received a refund and the general manager kept saying she wanted to do something for our family over and over but never offered anything. I left with very disappointed kids and have never been more thankful for my hometown and the customer service we are use too.

Experience was wonderful!!!! Staff was amazing and my job was made EASY!!!!! From the time I booked until leaving party……everything was superb!!!!! Jack, Lathan and Miliani, you guys are top notch!!!!! I appreciate you guys so much!!!! Your kindness and professionalism was out of this world!!!!

My girls had an amazingly safe, clean, and fun experience. Even better, I did little to no work because of our amazing host Rain took care of everything needed. After inquiring as to my wants and needs she made helpful suggestions. If I had to speak on any negatives about the whole experience, keeping the older kids out of the toddler area in the trampoline part was difficult. I didn’t see anyone coordinating that area much. My Husband, love the pizzas and found it very helpful that Rain suggested the tray for the cake and cupcakes holders.

We had a fabulous birthday party experience thanks to Morgan! He was helpful in gathering extra supplies, lending a hand in decorating, and providing any and every need we could imagine! He had a great personality and made our day fun and less chaotic!

Emma was so nice, super helpful, and went above and beyond for us to have a fun night. Helped us (2 adults, 1 child) pick the best option for playing at the arcade and jumping without spending a ton of money. Definitely will be back and hope to see her again!

Our experience was excellent and I must commend the young man who was on the clock the evening of 8/19/2024 during the hours of 5-7. He was very attentive to my kids who got hurt by another kid and keeping everyone safe. I didn't get his name unfortunately but I was grateful he was so helpful. And the girls up front were very friendly as well.

The membership is a great deal. One month of jumps for less than the price of two. My son loves it here. Very clean, friendly staff, a good DJ/playlists. Plenty of seating for parents including awesome massage chairs that actually give a satisfactory massage.

Phoenix is awesome! That was awesome! Our 2 year old had a BLAST! Everyone was so kind and the big kids were watching out for our little guy. So sweet!
