I haven't even gotten to my vacation yet and I wish I had never used this travel agent. There have been plenty of changes that I would not be notified about. I had to reach out to them to go over my final travel details. My boyfriend is flying separately and he was never going to be picked up from the airport had I not asked them if all of his details were confirmed. Had I not asked i guess he would have found his own way to the resort...even though shuttles had already been paid for. I found out today that I spent almost $4,000 for a trip to Mexico to find out I don't get any luggage...so I just spent an additional 150 in order to be able to check a bag..because apparently spending 7 days in a foreign country I wouldn't need any luggage. So yourself a favor and call the resorts and airlines yourself because using this agent isn't going to save you any headaches, money, or time.

I am posting this review prior to our trip, but the service Anna has provided during my planning stage has been above par. I started planning our winter vacation last week and from the moment Anna picked up the phone and started conversing with me I felt like she heard my needs on how we like to spend our time on vacation. Although my initial thoughts on what I wanted for this trip are not where I ended up, she was very patient with me and continued to update my quotes and even added other available options for me to consider. I kept changing my mind as I thought through things more and more. She was more than accommodating checking for different rates and options to help get us the best deal. She’s also offered her thoughts, experiences, and tips already. Which I greatly appreciate! I'm a details person who ask a lot of questions and Anna has responded to each one very quickly and respectfully no matter how simple the question may have been. As a customer It’s very important to me that someone values my time and I feel that Anna did that. She was very prompt in all her responses and even emailed back and forth with me over the weekend when she wasn’t working to help get me get this planned. Above and beyond! This is the 1st time I’ve booked with a travel agent, but with the amount of time it saved me researching and trying to figure out all the details and cost I guarantee it will not be my last time. I recommend Anna and I’m looking forward to our upcoming trip!

Anna was amazing. So helpful. Answered every question we could think of in an extremely fast manner. Often working off hours to make sure we were taken care of. Even with Covid shutting destinations down last minute, they were able to secure us a wonderful destination wedding and honeymoon. She put us in touch with everyone we needed to speak to as far as the hotel staff, wedding officiant/coordinators, etc. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Will definitely use this resource again for future travel experiences!
