Outstanding Service Experience with Mara!

I’ve been servicing my Range Rover Sport at Land Rover for the past five years, and throughout most of that time, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mara as my service advisor. She is truly fantastic! Mara consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues with my vehicle are addressed thoroughly and efficiently.

What really sets Mara apart is her ability to navigate even the most disruptive situations with professionalism and care. She communicates clearly, follows up promptly, and always makes me feel like a valued customer. I especially appreciate her attention to detail when it comes to arranging loaner vehicles—she always ensures that the loaner is not only available but also spacious enough to meet my needs.

A very excellent service experience from start to finish. The online scheduling is very easy and efficient. When I arrived for the scheduled service Jesus was immediately available to help. We discussed what services were recommended, reviewed my car's service history, and decided on what services should now be done. At day's end I received text notification that my car was ready to be picked up. Also, I received a very helpful inspection video. (I've saved this for future reference.) I received by email an invoice (which I paid on line) and a detailed inspection report detailing the work done. When I arrived the next morning to get my car Jesus was again immediately available with my keys. Since I had already paid for the service there was nothing else to do and I promptly left with my car. My Land Rover Discovery Sport is a brilliant piece of engineering design and I am grateful to Land Rover Redwood City for helping me to so easily keep it in perfect condition.

My service advisor always has my best interest in mind. Went in for a wheel alignment and had some other issues checked out as well. Right away the technician were able to diagnose the problem.
