A really great place for a picnic. It has 2 ponds with stocked trout, lots of trails to walk, has public restrooms, and open space to run around. Only negative is no playground, kind of like adults only comedy on a cruise ship.

This a wonderful place for large gathering's. We celebrated a large family reunion with approximately 100 people. Beautiful large trees, grass, walking trails and a beautiful pond.

WORST MAINTENANCE OF ANY LCFP Park. You pay to enter here but the trails aren't maintained, whereas the free-to-enter LCFP parks have maintained hardpacked aggregate trails. The trails are pure mud for days or more after every rain, so after walking your dog for an hour you get to go home and wash your dog for an hour. I've NEVER seen a maintenance person at this park, nor is there any evidence that any maintenance occurs, but we've held a pass to this park for a decade. The Fairfield Road Facility should be renamed to the LCFP Muddy Dog Jackpot.

it used to be wonderful - woods and trails for walkers but now they have changed most of it and made it like city woods -black top trails are taking over - the woods are no longer woods. be wary of speed bike clubs bc they go to fast for families and people walking dogs - The have lost the feeling of having nature instead of prepared black top.

This was my first visit for a 5k. The trail I took was a hilly mix of pavement and crushed gravel. I swear the hills were higher on the way back, but I could just be out of shape. I do plan to come back with my bike and camera. Enjoy!

Fished the third lake and caught 14, and they were all plus 3 lbs and caught 4 over 5 lbs. Very nice! Quiet. Only saw a couple on horseback. Had to walk 3/4 mile to spot! Fun!!
