Great park! We stayed there for about a month, I wish we could have stayed longer. Chip and Virgil are so sweet and helpful, and all the neighbors were wonderfully friendly as well. Just a great bunch of people all around, they were amazing from check in to check out. Very dog friendly too, our dog got SO EXCITED every time she saw Virgil or Chip’s golf carts! The whole park is also very well kept, feels very safe, close to shopping, and has a great little lake across the street for relaxing and fishing. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area, absolutely loved the place and especially the people!

I can't say enough about the Management of this park. Virgil the Manager and Chip in maintenance go to special lengths to make everyone feel at home. It's very well maintained with lush surroundings. I moved in recently and I'm very happy I did!

We are living here year around since September 2020! We are so happy with management and helper!
They go above and beyond to help you! The people make this a caring community who look out for one another! Over nighters are welcomed by everyone and management helps guide them into the lot! We are so happy we made the choice to live in this community! Easy access to Avon park or Sebring with a boat launch down the street!!! Don’t hesitate to stay here it’s quiet and fun!

Planned on becoming a permanent resident & after driving from Upstate New York got there & found out that rhe owner only wanted park models in when not short term . I had paid months in advance & was never told this. The owner wouldn't give me a full refund. The park manager seem very nice & stated they were leaving in the spring. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place.

It's a great place to come for the winter, summer, or all year long. 55+ community with wonderful people living here. An hour away from many major attractions. Minutes to Sebring or Avon Park. Very nice people who stay year round.

We were staying in the area and needed a last-minute spot. We spoke with Pat, who was very helpful in making arrangements in advance, even sending email communications. The park was safe and convenient to attractions in Avon Park. The laundry facilities were clean, even a table with a puzzle to work while passing the time. This park does not have a lake view but is accessible for a walk nearby. Folks staying while we were there were very friendly, most trying to escape the cold winters up north. The park does not have a pool, which may be important to note.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! We gave a reservation deposit in March 2021 for the 2021/2022 season. We were told that if we changed our minds before Sept 15, 2021, we would get a full refund of our deposit. We sold our motorhome on Sept 3 and notified Lake Letta on Sept 4 that we would not need our reservation. We only received a partial refund, not the full refund we were promised. These people lie!!

The manager gave our spot away for the Feb-Mar stay and told us we had to move to another spot when we got there in November for the winter. Most of the people we talked to hated this manager and her job as one. If we were managers we could change things around with the campers and get back respect for the park.
