Eileen and her team did AN AMAZING JOB! The quality of the flowers were amazing! It’s been two weeks since our wedding and our flowers are still alive! The is also the florist for Le Colonial where we also had our wedding. Eileen helped my vision come to life with her talent and honesty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered a $500 arrangement expecting something grand but received something worth no more than $100 (photo attached). When we raised concerns, the shop was defensive, blaming us for not specifying enough details and not understanding flower and vase prices. After multiple calls, they only provided an $80 refund. Definitely not the service or quality we expected.

I was hesitant to leave this review since the flowers were a gift; however, the experience was so frustrating and the service so poor that I felt compelled to share.

[Edit] In response to the owner’s comment, a sham “replacement offer” was extended a week later, demanding recall of the original gift. As the premeditated reply below makes clear, this shop prioritizes an illusion of luxury over genuine customer satisfaction.

Eileen and Lake Forest Flowers were our florist for our 10/27/24 wedding at the Armour House. They were great to work with from start to finish and the flowers were stunning. Eileen was responsive with communication, highly knowledgeable and had great suggestions based on our inspiration photos. On the day of the wedding we were blown away. Lake Forest Flowers always does a beautiful job. They helped with a few simple arrangements for a funeral and they were stunning! Their flowers were beautiful and the plants they selected were full, green, healthy and vibrant. They were a pleasure to work with over the phone and very reasonably priced. Call them/work with them directly. You will always get stunning arrangements and they beat the online stuff any day of the week. You will not be disappointed.
