These lodges are lake lodges and not fancy suites and set up so guests can enjoy a day(s) on the lake and have a place to retreat to and rest. Each lodge seems to be set up the very same with very minor differences. There are a number of beds in each lodge that appears to sleep 7-8 people (check lodge allowances for accuracy). We have stayed a number of times and have found the owners & staff to be nothing less than very accommodating practical people. Every lodge we have stayed in has been cleaner than 99.9 percent of any hotel ($100+ a night) we have ever stayed in. A great place to stay.

Booked on Wednesday night to stay Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the unit we wanted was available. Love the fact that even though we booked last minute several units were available, and Gypsy the lady that manages the units was helpful, friendly and super courteous. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Gypsy.

Very nice area me and my husband stayed there sep6 -8th 2023 very good cozy the girls there were so helpful friendly and super nice plus there dogs were cute and adorable, very clean , and cozy the lodges inside and out were just amazing nice BBQ pit area to cook up a few Patty's and marshmallows, they were really nice and friendly inside lodges were clean overall 5 stars from us we will be returning again soon 😇

Fourth of July weekend was not as expected. The lodges were not cleaned, stove was dirty, and an unpleasant owner of always wanting to earn more bucks for what it's worth. We will not return due to the owner lurking around to see what our family was doing. I do not recommend these lodges. We should have just camped in the campsites at Lake Alan Henry.

Always have a great time here, lodging alright and the astetic its awesome. It feels peaceful. And the owner is an awesome guy.

BUT this place zizskas down the road is the worst place on earth. I'm never going back to this part of texas because of it. Again the logdes are awesome, the lake kinda sucks.

Very nice owners, comfy rooms. Full size fridge and kitchen. We use them when hunting at LAH. Nice to know that you have a nice place to sleep after a long day hunting

Dated but perfect for a lake weekend. The owners are great people and it's dogs friendly. I frequent the lodges. Recommend staying for short stay.
