Fantastic venue, great service and great experience. I personally enjoyed every moment of my experience at this hall. The owners were great, genuine and very hard working. I had a party that consisted of roughly 500 people in celebration of my two young boys, and honestly im so happy that i did it here. The food was great, they didnt rush us to finish the party earlier than we wanted and honestly me and my guests had a great time.

This could've been a 4 or 5 star review.

My experience was ruined right at the end of our night. The property manager or whatever his title is tried to claim our left over drinks as someone else's. His name is Solomon "Sol". He comes across as if he's doing you a favour. Constantly saying don't worry about this, don't worry about that. I am not going to get into the specifics but the most upsetting point is that he tried to steal our beverages. When I went to collect our left over drinks which included alcoholic beverages (i.e. Heineken, corona, 1l water, iced tea, etc) this man claimed the drinks were from the church. Then his story changed to the drinks were for another party.

He looked me in the face and lied. They were our drinks and he tried to hide them under a sheet in the cold cellar that only had our drinks in it.

This is so unprofessional. He completely wrecked a lovely night.

If you rent this place beware of Solomon. Who knows what else he stole from us.

The worst service I've ever seen. My bestfriend got married at this venue. They stressed her out from the very beginning and even more on her wedding day. It was a lady called Sunnita who was responsible for all this. The hall had issues with their liquor licence, they won't turn the AC on the day of the wedding. Sunnita was fighting with us the day of the wedding. Refusing to communicate properly and was behaving very unprofessionally. She charged us over a $1600 the next day when we went to her for our things. Saying we had way too many people at the hall and we weren't paying per head. But wouldn't give extra chairs on the day of the wedding either, even though there were lots of chairs downstairs. A very hot hall and a super horrible service. Electrically not reliable. .. electrical breaker kept going off. Our djs got really upset and almost had a fight with them. I won't recommend this to anyone for a wedding or a special occasion.

worst service ever. Extremely unfriendly staff. They had cockroaches and rodents travelling across in the kitchen floor. when questioned about the infestation problem the staff were very rude and ignored the problem. would not recommend anyone to book this hall

Worst wort service ever, made me cry on my wedding day. AC was not on in the hall. Yelling at people who came to the wedding. Bad customer service.

Elegant. The lobby is chic. The chairs do not need covering. There is a bar and a kitchen.
