We recently stayed here with our kids for 3 nights and our experience was very good. The hospitality of the team there was outstanding. The rooms are very clean and little bigger than usual i felt. Whatever we need was brought to us in a reasonable time and the staff was very friendly and inviting. The lobby is very beautiful, clean and smells very pleasant. The breakfast options were good and was very fresh. My family had a great time staying there and we would definitely return to stay there whenever in the area. Highly recommend!!!

I recently had the chance to stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Sturbridge, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience. The room was clean and had everything I needed, like a mini-fridge and a decent TV. The staff were super friendly and always willing to lend a hand, which made a big difference. The free breakfast was a nice too – it was nothing fancy, but it got me going in the morning.

The management believes that it's OK to have contractors working outside the main door past 10pm. Only after I threatened to call the police did they cease work. Night manager also talks all night on his phone. At 1am I had to ask him to "shut it down".
The location is actually on the wrong side of town. Better to stay at the Comfort Inn near the Cracker Barrel.
The response from the manager below indicates their complete lack of customer care. Sir, there will not be another visit!

Linen fresh ,multiple pillows.even the fold out couch was not horrific. The staff was helpful and quick to respond. I was scared to go there after reading some negative reviews on the hotel. So that is why I say . Don't believe the negative reviews. We stayed there for 14 days while visiting family that are local to the area.

The staff are the best of all the places we stayed this year. We stayed with our rescue pet for 3 days. Everyone was super friendly and awesome with our pet.The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great! We have stayed here the past two Christmas holidays and plan to stay here in the future.

Rooms are clean and nice, with artwork. A nice breakfast with a waffle maker is served 6-9pm. There’s a hill outside the hotel with a beautiful view.
My only pet peeve is that the bathroom light was too bright for night use, couldn’t be adjusted.

Hotel would have been fine except for: being accosted by a meth addict in the dark parking lot, the horrible smell in lobby, the screaming unsupervised children running around. Poor management Negative: Was accosted by drug addict in dark parking lot. Guest coming after also was confronted. Management was not concerned. Lobby had overwhelming chemical odor, couldn't leave, had unrefundable room. Children running around unsupervised in lobby late at night

If I could give a negative star, I would. We stayed for 3 nights in February, had very bad experience so when we were asked to give a review, we gave them a honest review and told them exactly what happened, and we really shouldn’t have to pay for that because we didn’t have any sleep 2 nights out of 3. You can tell that the computer responded “ sorry bla bla bla… please contact the hotel management for refund…” so we did, the manager named Tom basically was just trying to make excuses for his employees dirty room and noise all night because of the doors between the 2 connected rooms. He then told us the response online was just computer generated so that tells me that they don’t really care about what the reviews are, don’t care what their customers feel, don’t care if you’re going back or not, he also said the damage was done on his part because of the reviews we left, and then he told us that he would check with his employees for the night shift and would get back to us next week or 2. We said ok, and told him that he should also check out the cameras as well. So we gave him 3 weeks and heard nothing back. Did he ever check the cameras? We don’t know, all we know is that they don’t care about the reviews nor the customers experience or feelings. I got sick after staying there because of lack of sleep and lack of privacy. I strongly suggest anyone who is looking to stay in that area please do yourself a favor to find a different place, there are so many other hotels, motels on the same street. For us anyways it’s the worst experience ever.
