This hotel is easy off/easy on for I 24. The lobby is well kept, and the rooms are large and clean overall. This year it was blessedly quiet all night. The part that is so sad is not the hotel's fault. We stayed last year in the same room. Let's just say that room had some serious usage over the year by folks without respect. La Quinta does the best it can with this.

We had the do not disturb sign out, and the service came in anyway. Also, two other people ( not with us) had a key to our room and walked in on us TWICE. We requested a new key card.

The LOUDEST hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Located next to the highway and a couple gas stations which was convenient. The road noise from both the highway and the gas stations was so loud it made it hard to sleep. The rooms were cleanish. No bugs but there were some stains on the sheets, and a strong smell (that may have been a cleaning product) in the room and elevator. Staff were fine. Breakfast was sorely lacking even for a Wyndham hotel, cold biscuits, luke warm eggs (even though they had just been replenished). I would not recommend staying here unless you can handle loud cars and road noise all night long.

We rented a room for a night. We got there and the gentleman working asked if we was checking in and I told him yes. He asked if we had a pet I told him yes. We went to our room there was no towels so I called down to the front desk and the guy brought up towels and stood by the wall and said you have a dog. I told him yes I told you we had a dog. He came in to check the frig out because to me it wasn’t working. He said it is and left the room after he let the door slam. I was very disappointed in the place. The guy checking us in didn’t speak to good of English we had to through out food because the frig was not working.

Our room was very noisy, I would suggest staying on an upper level. We had lukewarm water at best in the shower. Please plan on eating elsewhere for breakfast, it was not edible.

My family decided to Stay at this hotel while visiting Chattanooga aquarium. The hotel location was great not far from the aquarium. Our room was clean, spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and TV channels we're great options for both adults and children. Had plenty of outlets to plug in phones, tablet etc. Gas station located right across the street which was convenient for quick snacks and gas before hitting the interstate. In all my family had no complaints will definitely choose this hotel again.

When we arrived check in process went ok. The gentleman seemed a bit over what he was doing, but when we got to the room that’s where the trouble began. The bathroom door had a hinge that was broken and would not close properly. The shower would not drain and the handles on the dresser were coming off. We ended up finding another hotel and when I checked out early the same gentleman could have cared less. Don’t waste your time here

To whom it may concern,||||The stay was pleasant. However, your front desk manager, Ruth, was beyond rude. My colleague and I were in Chattanooga for the first time for a governor's conference on tourism. I must say even our Uber drivers had better attitudes than Ruth. She called our room before check-out, yelling that we must be out at noon. We informed her that we had extended our late check-out time to 1 pm the night prior with the gentleman at the counter due to the storm, and she said she didn't care and wasn't looking into it because he was sleeping. On top of the day prior, we noticed her yelling at another guest about their check-out time. ||||Ruth provided no empathy or tact at all! This was a downfall to our entire stay. When we checked out, there was no apology. We informed the governor's conference of this matter, and they were highly disappointed.
