This time the stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was awesome Bacon hash browns an scrambled eggs different things every morning I was so happy that the rude lady wasn't there anymore this one was pleasant she even made some tortillas for us because they ran out of bread we don't like bagels. My girls enjoy the swimming pool love the fact that the Walmart is super close down the street there's a hospital right next to the hotel.

We stayed for a few nights back in January and forgot some of our clothes in the closet. I called a few days later when I realized we were missing a few items and they were turned into the front desk by housekeeping. I was very pleased and would recommend this hotel to family & friends. Thank you!!!

I was appalled at the condition of this hotel. I had to unscrew more than one light bulb to turn off the lights. Although the AC was set at 68°, the room was musty and humid. The sheets were stiff and smelled strongly of bleach. I could feel all the springs in the mattress. The sheets and blanket felt oddly damp. On top of all of this, my noted request was ignored. I requested an early check-in of just one hour. I noted this in more than one area, during my reservation, and in my early online check-in. However, when I arrived, no one was aware of this very important detail. The employees were uncaring and dismissive. When I spoke to the manager, she was unsympathetic. She told me there were no rooms available because none of them had yet to be cleaned at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. The manager finally allowed me to check in 30 minutes early after I was on the verge of a meltdown. I also had two other family members staying in other rooms during the same nights as myself. Both were similarly displeased with the conditions of their rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. I would rather stay in the next town if there isn't anything else available.

We got 5 different rooms @$120 a night each on the night of January 11th 2025. After a 2 and half hour bike ride. This place was bad, it felt more like a really cheap motel. No hot water. Phone did not work to call front desk. Broken elevator and of course we were in the 3rd floor. Stains on the tub. Trash behind the dressers and nightstands. Dusty room , you can tell they don’t wipe down between visitor stays. Dirty coffee pot. One room had roaches. Won’t be staying there again . Just pay 15- 20 dollars more and go down the street. I wish I could post the pics I took.

Infested with mice, duvet had mold. Tub has rust and mold. Terrible customer service. No variety of food. They closed and locked the breakfast room before 9 am. Waffle mix was too watery, apple juice was also just water.

It takes long for there to be hot water so that you can take a shower, the staff is friendly though & the rooms are clean. The breakfast they serve every day is okay, they need to change it up though because it's pretty much the same thing served every single day.

Nice place. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and everything functions properly . It's pet friendly with a large grassy area outside the back door.
We booked an executive room that was double size with plenty of room. We had a desk, sleeper sofa, and a recliner. The extra space was great.
