I am very big on communication. He doesn’t communicate and I’d be messaging him for days with no response. I put my deposit down and it was hard getting in touch with him . I had an emergency and cancelled my reservation, I asked for my deposit back and no response, it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my $100 deposit back . At least you can do is communicate!

My sister had a ceremony here yesterday, the AC never worked. Called & was told a maintenance guy was going to show up to address the issue. Waited for 3-4 hrs. Maintenance NEVER showed up. All guest had to sit in the discomfort heat (89 degree). Not Pleased!

I been renting from them for years, when dad was running , awesome man
Now his son is owner now this young man is just like his dad beautiful souls . I would recommend renting every time.

We held a celebration of life event at K&W Event Center and it was awesome. The owner was great! The location is great and the event space design was perfect for our event. Will absolutely book again! 10 stars!!!

Not clean. Booked for my daughter. There was food left behind from last event. Lady cleaned while we needed to setup. Other issues as well. Will not use again.
