Tuesday 2/11 - Online my wife booked a round trip pick up for 2/16 for 4:00am to Logan with a return trip on 2/23 in the morning.

Friday 2/14 - With a pending snow storm coming, called to move pick up time to an hour earlier at 3:00am. Woman on phone said that was fine and that my wife would receive a confirmation of the change.
Shortly thereafter received said e-mail with pick up time changed and correct.

Saturday 2/15 Morning - Received call from male employee to confirm the date and time of pick up. Details all still correct for new pick up time and original return date/time.
Three or four hours later received reminder confirmation text with original now incorrect pick up time of 4:00am.
She calls, speaks to female employee (she believes to be different than the first) and was told that the system correctly says 3:00am. Employee told her there’s a new system sending out texts incorrectly. Employee said she would cancel out the 4:00am time and that my wife would receive a cancellation email but to ignore it.
Immediately receives said e-mail, e-mail only includes cancellation of 4:00am pick up, a few minutes later, receives second e-mail saying 3:00am pick up is cancelled. But being told to disregard it, she thinks nothing of it.

Sunday 2/16 - Morning of 3:00am pick up at 3:10 with no driver in sight and no word, my wife called to inquire about any delay. A young female employee on the phone says that her system shows it was “cancelled online” the day before. My wife tells her she called to confirm pick up time but never made any call to cancel. The young woman is very adamant that someone cancelled online. She offers no explanation aside from that, and zero sympathy for our situation. My wife tells her to cancel our pick up because now it’s apparently unnecessary.

I rush to stuff our luggage into our inadequately sized SUV and haul out to the airport now 20-30 minutes behind.

Tuesday 2/18 - Not having received any e-mail regarding the cancellation of the pick up she calls and speaks to a male employee. He verifies that the pick up is cancelled, and that he would send out an email verifying it. Which she received two minutes later.

Better make back-up plans for when they cancel your reservation out from under you and don’t take responsibility for it.

We have used Knights for four trips. It’s easy to book. If you would rather book with a phone call and not online there is some one at the office. They are great. Our ride has always been on time or early. You can’t go wrong using Knights.
