called to notify them I would be filling a 15,000 gallon pool and what I needed to do regarding a discount on my sewage bill as this water will never enter the sewers.
I was simply told "we don't do that" I was a bit surprised as this seems pretty common practice and asked why would I be charged for something that you're not providing a service for? She understood my concerns but still explained its just not something they do. Asked how many gallons to fill the pool and I told her, she said it would only be $88 extra. Seems like there are simple solutions to this but you know, why would a company turn down revenue for no added service

Their website is never working to pay a bill, i end up using DOXO to do it. The phone is worse, i called based off the water shutoff notice i received since i missed the bill. i called in and it is asking for a PIN which i do not have. It says its on the bill which the notice does not have.

KVWPCA has some of the worst bill paying options I have ever dealt with. Giving customers online access is not some super advanced technology that involves deferring the costs on to the customer. Yet, they add a $3 service fee for payments made by credit card and $1.50 for checks at the website. They are essentially charging customers extra for paying their bills when most reputable, 21st century companies offer this as a FREE benefit of their standard customer portal.

I agree with previous billing post, KVWPCA is the worst when trying to pay your bill online. Fee for this, Fee for that, RIDICULIOUS ! People MAIL your bills in......instead of paying for a process service. USPS will deliver and just cost you a stamp. KVWPCA will just have to wait longer for their payment and have to process it in the end anyway !
