Jayna was highly communicative, organized, helpful, and kind. We really appreciated her professional opinion from major vendor decisions to minuscule details that were important to us. She went above and beyond to advocate for our preferences, assist with making the wedding planning process cohesive, and she was mindful of cost-effective options. We love that she fully embraced our cultures by wearing a Punjabi suit to our ceremony. The Kirkbrides team was incredibly professional and helped to supply us with forgotten vow books the day of our wedding (oops!). Jess even helped to transfer the vows by hand writing them! We were honored that Valarie, the owner, stopped by our wedding too. On top of the fabulous, detail-oriented planning, Katie and her team were so immensely helpful the day of. There was also little hiccups like stains or a dress seam ripping and the Kirkbrides team was prepared with stain remover and sewing kits, dealing with any issues so calmly! My sweet Vicki! Everyone needs a Vicki when planning your wedding day. For two years we spent countless hours planning our dream wedding. Living in Chicago I could not always be in Cleveland but she worked hard to cluster all of the things that need to be completed on our short trips. She would answer her phone with my concerns and calm my nerves. The wedding day was perfect but one of my favorite moments was with Vicki before I walked down the aisle. Where do I begin...hiring Kirkbrides was the single greatest decision I made while wedding planning. My wedding day was beyond perfect, every detail was perfect, and it's all because of one, Jayna Brately. Jayna was a crucial part of my wedding and I will be forever grateful for her & the entire Kirkbrides team. My husband and I live in Chicago so planning a wedding in Cleveland was a huge undertaking. On the wedding day the entire team was instrumental in pulling it all together. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT - like how lucky am I!?!?

We had a little over a year to plan and I still felt crazed in my last few weeks before the wedding. Jayna was seriously an angel, always responding to my emails and texts - even while at Disney with her fam. WOW I really cannot say enough good things about Jayna, she's a dream in a dress. We miss working with Jayna already <3

We live in Florida and the wedding was in Cleveland, so it was very difficult for us to do the planning when we first started.
