Kira planned the most perfect wedding we could have ever dreamed of! From day 1 she was amazing to work with, very friendly, communicative, and full of wonderful, creative ideas. The entire weekend starting with the Welcome Party to the Sunday Brunch was executed perfectly. Kira helped us nail down our vision and made it come to life! Kira has amazing taste and attention to detail - everything from the welcome bags to the signage was sophisticated and cohesive. We loved all of the incredible vendors that Kira recommended to us. Kira was very calming throughout the whole process and during our wedding weekend! We couldn't have imagined planning our wedding without Kira!

Kira was the best!!! From the very first call, it felt like a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders. She came in 2 months out to help with the finer details, but prior to that, she connected me with THE most incredible group of vendors that made our wedding unforgettable. That alone would have made it worth it, but where she REALLY killed it was the day of. People say you don't have time to actually enjoy your wedding day - I had the opposite experience. And that is because Kira was there, quietly keeping everything on track and making sure every single detail was perfect. We didn't have to worry about a single thing except enjoying our day. I am so so grateful we had her on our team. Thank you Kira!!!

Kira and her team are simply a dream. I found her almost 2 years prior to my wedding and initially brought her on as my month/day of coordinator. We quickly realized we were wanting more full service planning support, and she immediately agreed to upgrade our package. Everything about working with her was flawless- her communication, attention to detail, and commitment to our vision. She was patient & made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The quality I love most about her is her calm demeanor and soothing personality. She made me feel so at peace, especially the day of. Kira made my wedding and the planning process an absolute DREAM. Planning a wedding in Vail from New York, I really leaned on Kira for her expertise and relationships with local vendors, and I'm so glad I did. She helped select the PERFECT team for our day. Because we had an intimate event, we booked her for wedding management, and despite the small size of our party, she provided top tier, white glove service, ensuring every detail leading up to and during the event was completely taken care of.
After our reception, a few of my family members even raved about how kind and friendly she was during our wedding day, while she was busy managing everything for us<3. 100 stars! Kira was absolutely amazing. We could not have done it without her. Our wedding was incredible and Kira was a huge part of that. She even worked behind the scenes on issues without involving us to reduce our stress - I was told this by another vendor who wanted us to know just how much Kira fought for us. She ended up saving us a lot of money by going to bat on our behalf. She was very responsive, quick to handle any issue and well prepared on the big day to take care of any emergencies. She gave us suggestions on things we never thought about and took care of some little details to take it off our plates. By the end of it we felt like Kira became part of our family and we even missed having her in our lives after our wedding! We cannot say enough good things about Kira. She coordinated vendors and tried to save us money where she could. She is a total pro, friendly, engaging, quick on her feet and ALWAYS had our best interests in mind. And she's just cool to talk to 🙂

Kira and her team are incredible!
I planned my wedding in under 6 weeks and in a different state. Kira was so reassuring and calm that we would get it all done and the wedding would be elegant and beautiful. She was extremely responsive and had an answer to all my questions. Kira thought of aspects of my “quick” wedding that I didn’t even think about, such as the timing of events during the reception. Kira also has a creative eye. For instance, she suggested flower placement for the ceremony and how to reuse certain bouquets during the reception.
Kira is a true professional, yet is beyond caring knowing this is your special day.

Kira was an amazing planner! My husband and I reached out to her on a recommendation from a photographer, and from the first interaction we had with her she was organized, professional, and very willing and excited to work with us. She developed a custom planning package that was right for us, and I never felt that I would need to "pay extra" for all of the amazing work and dedication she put in throughout. We met throughout the planning process on FaceTime as well as in person. She always completed tasks and reached out to other vendors on or before deadlines, gave us ideas and her honest opinions on stylistic and planning points, and also worked well with our parents to make them involved without making anything overwhelming. We truly felt like we were the only wedding she was planning (even though she is very busy!). Day of, she brought two wonderful assistants and remained calm and collected and a true joy to be around while we were getting ready, and even with some minor mishaps during the day, we never felt stressed. We have no problem recommending her to ANY of our friends who are considering having a wedding in the mountains, and we would go with her again in a heartbeat!

If I could give Kira Weddings 100 stars, I truly would. We got married this past week at The 10th in Vail and had no idea how to plan a wedding, where to start, or the very small details you don't even think about if you have never gotten married. I spoke with a few other wedding planners before finding Kira and within 5 minutes of speaking to her I was SOLD. Not only is Kira kind and fun to work with, she is so professional, has SO MUCH experience with weddings, and it really sold us that she knew our venue like the back of her hand. Any time we had a question she answered so quickly and was so accommodating with what we wanted on our special day. On the day of our wedding, I had literally no stress because Kira and her amazing assistants are there to make sure everything is running perfectly. I truly believe that if you think planning a wedding is stressful, you have not worked with Kira yet. Her services are worth every penny and then some. I truly cannot say enough amazing things!
